Terms of Service Agreement

Effective Date: 01 April 2025

This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Parchar Wala (“Company”) and You (“You” or “Your”). By accessing or using any of the services provided by Parchar Wala through its website, www.parcharwala.in, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

Parchar Wala offers services including, but not limited to:

  • Newspaper Advertisements
  • FM Radio Ads
  • Hoardings & Banners
  • Flex Printing
  • Digital Marketing
  • SMS, Voice Call, and Email Marketing
  • Web Designing

These services are collectively referred to as the “Services”.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Orders and Payments

All bookings and service orders are subject to acceptance by Parchar Wala. Payments must be made as per the invoice or agreed terms. Late or failed payments may lead to service suspension or cancellation.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to use our Services:

  • For unlawful or prohibited purposes
  • To send unsolicited or spam communications
  • To infringe on any third-party rights
  • To distribute harmful or malicious content

6. Data and Privacy

We value your privacy. All data collected through the Services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and materials remain the sole property of Parchar Wala. You may not reproduce or use any of our content without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Any business or personal information shared during our engagement shall remain confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement or for any reason we deem necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

Parchar Wala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parchar Wala, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your misuse of our Services or violation of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

13. Modifications

Parchar Wala reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
